Every once in a while a carcass of some sort washes up on the beach.  Even large whales.  So when this happens what should you do?  First and foremost do not touch any marine mammal that washes up on a beach.  Many carry diseases that can transfer to humans.  after all they are mammals, not fish.  Yesterday a dolphin carcass washed up…
