War On The Shore Registration Open This Weekend

 We have opened up registration for War On The Shore this weekend until Sunday at 11:30 PM. We had several ask if they could still register, so we decided to open it back up.  This is general registration only.  T-shirts are already printed and they look great.  ASAP Screen Printing did an amazing job as usual.   I have some extra shirts and even had a few hoodies made that will be at the awards ceremony. 

Anglers are allowed in the park as early as 4:30 AM on Saturday.  Parks …  “The Permittee will have access to the surf fishing beaches at Gordon’s Pond, Navy Crossing and Herring Point at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Cape Henlopen State Park ”  I will have an area set up at the lower parking lot at Herring point for people to check in who have not the week before (Oct 8th to the 12th) at Liquid Board shop or Surf Cantina 11AM to 8 PM.  Please get your registration packets the week before to save you time for setting up to surf fish.

    The Tidal Table trophy beach tables and boards are done and look amazing.  First to third place gets a table, fourth to fifth place gets a bait board.  They are very durable and will last for years.  There is a flange that comes with it to hang on the wall in your man cave.  

  Bluefish have been reduced to 12 inches to score.  Since they are the smaller cocktail blues we figure it will make it more interesting for scoring points.  

    There is a prize package for 6th to 20th place.  Diamond State Custom Tackle is putting together some gear packages.  There will be some other additions as well, we are working on right now. 

Looking forward to seeing everyone on the beach next weekend.  The fishing has been decent.
