Happy Easter everyone. It is a great day in the surf and area waters. We have a lot of fish being caught. Trophy season for striped bass in Maryland has been fair to poor according to most, but some fish were caught. It isn’t as good as it usually is and probably has to do with the Susquehanna flooded out from the heavy rains. Dans Tackle Box reported a nice keeper striped bass from the surf at Beach Plum Island State Park that was released since it was in the slot size. The Kramers from the Lead Pot are hammering monster bluefish off of 3Rs this morning. Those yellow eyed devils are spread from Jersey to Virginia Beach. We will see how long that lasts this year. I would expect to see them all over the place soon if not already. Anita Chandler caught a king fish and a bunch of northern puffer fish yesterday on bloodworms. Good to hear the kings are inn town. Fishing is definitely in high gear in Delaware. Have a great Easter Sunday and we will see you in the sad box later.
