Boats Not Allowed On Park Beaches
You Can Not Land a Boat on a Delaware State Park Beach Unless The Boat IS In Distress
What is happening this year. Things like this rarely occur. Boaters are not allowed to land or launch a boat from a Delaware state park beach. You also can’t drop people off of a boat on a state park beach, especially if it is the closed bay section. You aren’t supposed to approach a beach with swimmers. The point beaches aren’t swimming beaches, that rule is a little in the grey area.
This guy is getting a phone book of tickets right now for dropping people off of the boat into the closed bay section. The PVC pipes are in the water to let the boaters know to stay out of that area. Is it Tuesday yet? What is going on this year? Yesterday’s boat beached at low tide inside the closed section.
