Tow Boat US Pulls Car From Indian River
Tow boat US Indian River doesn’t have a car towing service, but they do a lot more than just tow and pull boats all day. A few days ago a car was discovered underwater near the end of Warwick road. This road literally runs right into the Indian River, just below the power plant. It is a great place to launch a kayak by the way. Someone instead decided to launch a BMW into the water.
The car was discovered by the neighbors near their pier and oyster barges. This happens to be the new location for one of the aquaculture farms around the inland bays, Delaware Cultured Seafood.
Tow boat Us Indian River was called to assist DNREC, State Police and trhe Indian River Volunteer Fire Company, as well as Dagsboro and Selbyville. These companies help assist to determine there wer eno occupants in the vehicle. Captain Clarke’s crew for Tow Boat Us Indian River floated the vehicle with lift bags. Then they towed it back to the end of Warrick road and pulled it out on a roll back flatbed.
Usually this is where I mention a reminder to check your plugs and bilge pumps, in this case maybe emergency brakes or your GPS? The owner of the car is unhurt and we have no idea why this car was in the water. I could speculate and say .. if you don’t know this road goes right into the Indian River, it would be easy to just drive right into the water, especially at night.
Disclaimer .. the $99 tow special offered by Tow Boat Us Indian River does not apply to cars.
