Public Hearing – Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass
Thursday night in Dover is a meeting about black sea bass and summer flounder. This is to officially set the 16.5 inch summer flounder limit that was changed by an emergency order in the spring. Also the proposed amendments to the black sea bass regulation to eliminate Delaware’s existing recreational fall closure from September 22 – October 21.
I always say it, if you want to make changes then get involved and attend these meetings. If you can take time off to fish, you can take time off to pay attention to your fishery.
