New Castle Got Walloped By A Storm

This evening a storm rolled through New Castle and dumped a lot of water fast. After the record setting tornado the other day, what could be more surprising out of a huge storm?
Look who was seen enjoying the flooded streets! Yup our C&D canal orca is roaming suburbia. Hopefully the waters subside soon and he can make his way back to the canal or the Indian River Inlet.
