Mola Mola Spotted Around The Inland Bays

Heads up boaters around the inland bays. A mola mola (ocean sunfish) was spotted in one of the canals at the Sunset Harbor Community in Bethany Beach. That is up White’s Creek.

These come into the inland bays on occasion, and we like to let everyone know they are around so you can look out for them. They don’t want to be hit by a boat, and you don’t need the possible damage. Mola molas live in the ocean they do not primarily inhabit bays.
