Millsboro Pond Expansion Underway

The construction crews are working on the Millsboro pond new boat ramp and parking lot extension located off route 30 at route 24. The parking lot will be increased in size, there will be a courtesy dock, and easier access. This has been long awaited and needed. Before you could park three vehicles there and maybe two trailers if you were lucky.
I am assuming (hoping) the new courtesy dock will allow fishing. We will have too wait and see. Millsboro pond is a fun place to fish, especially for me it is right around the corner.

With the proximity of Cupola park across the street (route 24) it is great area to spend the day fishing. With Kelly’s Outdoors right down the street on 24 carrying fishing supplies makes it even easier to fish the Indian River and Cupola park.
