Masseys Landing Fishing Pier received a little face lift and soon the bulkhead and sidewalk will be fixed.
(March 5, 2020) … The fishing pier at Massey’s Landing was recently fixed up with a new railing. The old one was replaced several weeks ago. It looks great, and soon will most likely have some of the familiar notches in it to hold rods. The pier itself is in great shape. The rail was looking a little rough.

The Massey’s Landing bulkhead between the boat ramp and the fishing pier will be fixed soon. The sidewalk has been sinking along the edge of the bulkhead cap. “We are going to have a diver check the bulkhead most likely is has corroded away and is eroding, creating a sinkhole.” The project is scheduled to be completed before the summer season.
