The Osprey cam is a great way to see if the park is full. Right now the line is to the ferry terminal. Use the Osprey Webcam to see traffic conditions at the main entrance for Cape Henlopen State Park. Cars are turning around as fast as they pull up. There is a steady flow out and that is people being turned around not the park emptying. If you haven’t headed out for a park yet, don’t bother.
