The things you find beach combing in Delaware

This was found on the beach this morning in Cape Henlopen State Park by David McMichael while he was walking his dogs. No driver in sight apparently. That is going to be a costly tow job, not to mention all those tickets. Buried to the frame. On the bright side it is much easier to step into the vehicle.
