$6 million for Clean Water??

THE $6M BOND BILL
Right now, Governor Carney’s Bond Bill includes $6 million for clean water funding for Fiscal Year 2019 (FY2019). While we are thrilled this funding has been included in the Governor’s budget proposal, it is up to Delaware’s Joint Committee on Capital Improvement to actually write the Annual Bond Bill.
