Folks, Last week a Facebook Event was made for the May 15th Public Hearing in Rehoboth Beach about the bond referendum. This is a great idea.  What is not great is that no one has said they are going and invited others.

Friday, May 15 at 7:00pm

Rehoboth City Hall, Commissioners Room, 229 Rehoboth Ave, Rehoboth Beach, DE

People should attend, and say, “I urge you to vote no on setting a date for the referendum, and here’s why…”and then people can detail their opposition to the pipe.
Anyone in Sussex County should attend because they want Sussex to pay for 40% of the pipe cost. This is your first chance to comment on that since the EIS.  Make sure you do.
If you are not actually going to attend this event Please Please Please write to the RB commissioners and express your opposition BEFORE the 15th here is the address. Written comments received prior to the public hearing on May 15, 2015, will be accepted c/o Ann M. Womack, City Secretary, City of Rehoboth Beach, 306 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
