Plane Lands In Ocean Off Ocean City, MD At 21st Street

Around 6:20 PM a plane landed in the ocean in in Ocean City, MD. The pilot and passenger are fine and were able to get out of the plane before the plane soft landed in the water, according to reports and witnesses. You cann see it land in the video below. They were taken by the EMT to be evaluated.
