Merry Christmas Eve

We got our beachin’ tree up! Just a quick reminder. I want everyone to have a great holiday. That means, slow the hell down and pay attention on the roads. You will get there. The beach isn’t going anywhere and despite how annoying that uncle you only see once a year can be, we all want to see you at the table.

Be nice to the cashiers working at those stores you are last minute shopping. It isn’t their fault you took this long and waited. I literally was told Merry Happy Christmas Holidays yesterday by a flustered cashier. She was having a rough day, and got all tongue tied trying not to offend anyone. I said you as well, and just started laughing, and so did she.

Props to all you first responders and people working the holiday, you are the true heroes. Working while we all sleep and dream of what tomorrow will bring. I still don’t see a rod shaped packed under the tree but the day ain’t over yet. Because who doesn’t need another fishing rod. One piece of advice for buying that gift for the angler in your life, gift cards, we know what we want and need.
