Low Digit Delaware Surf Fishing Tag Online Auction

The online auction for low digit surf fishing  tags is underway.  The numbers up for auction are 6, 29, 148, 321, 468, and 478, choice of 51 through 98, choice of any available 200 number, and choice of any available 300 number. That sale will close on Tuesday, April 12th.  There will be alive auction on Saturday, April 9th as part of the Triple Threat BBQ Music & Beer Festival at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington. Held at the Quillen Arena from 1:30 to 3 p.m. and will include tag numbers 4, 7, 10, 21, 60, 65, 69, 95, 125, 150, 200 and 400, as well as the winner’s choice of tag numbers 25 through 49, any available 100 number, and any available 400 number.  So far the bids on the online tags are as expected, high bids up to one thousand dollars for the lower numbers.  Tag number 16 is in the lead with a current bid of one thousand dollars.  I am sure these bids will increase as the end of the auction gets closer.  Good luck to all that are bidding.

The sixty five tags sold in 2015 totaled $273,093. The lowest number tag auctioned off, number 2, sold for $20,500.
