By 10 PM last night it was obvious no one was sending in any scoring fish. So decided to actively fish in the man cave.

Never seen that many undersized, too small, barely enough meat for a nugget, doesn’t qualify fish caught in my life for a tournament. NO ONE scored a fish yesterday. Out of sixty plus anglers everyone caught mostly four inch perch, small kingfish and spot, and of course skates, dogfish, rays, and horseshoe crabs. Today they are catching much bigger kingfish, go figure.

The next DSF’s Summer Surf Fishing Slam Series 4 is on June 29th. The prizes will be doubled for that one since no one scored this time around. I will announce where we are meeting for the awards that week. Hope everyone is having a fun Father’s Day.
