Delaware Opposes Offshore Drilling

Governor Carney continues to oppose offshore drilling in the Atlantic, which would pose significant threats to Delaware’s natural resources and economy. In Delaware, coastal tourism and industry accounts for about 60,000 jobs and almost $7 billion in economic activity. There is too much at risk for Delaware and the Atlantic Seaboard to allow offshore drilling anywhere in the Atlantic.
