COVID-19 Update from Delaware State Parks

At this time all state parks, park offices, and education centers remain open during normal operating hours. However, events and programs, regardless of attendance numbers, may be postponed or canceled. For specific program cancelation information, check the individual park’s Facebook page.

As public health officials continue to monitor and respond to the ongoing coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, DNREC is focused on taking a proactive and preventative approach to keep our community safe.
Governor John Carney has issued a State of Emergency declaration to help prepare for the spread of this disease. All state offices, parks, and education centers remain open during normal operating hours at this time, but we are implementing social distancing measures.
