On March 4th we will have EJ Chalabala from the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays give a presentation on their Shellfish Aquaculture Initiative, about bringing an Aquaculture industry to Delaware and how the shellfish (Oysters and Clams) will help to clean the water in the Inland Bays. He will also talk about the Oyster Gardening Program and how that has helped prove that this type of program would be successful in Delaware. We will start at the normal time of 5:30 ish, EJ will start his presentation at 6:30, 10% of that nights proceeds will be donated to the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays by Old Bay Steakhouse.
Food special that night is 1/2 rack of ribs for $12.95 and $5 apps available all night for the club …
I know many people have asked about this program. If you don’t have access to the waters, you can still participate through friends that do have bay access. This is an important program that will help clean our waters in the inland bays. Come out next Monday to Old Bay Steakhouse and learn all about this program.
Fish On!!
