Rudy’s Crab Omelet …
Ingredients You will need.
a little milk
4 crabs (steamed)
Shredded parmesan cheese
Legs and claws
Prepare your crab meat and set two claws and six legs aside.
Beat eggs with a little milk.
Put a pat of butter in a small frying pan on low/med heat and add eggs.
Once you’re ready to fold the omelet, first add the shredded Parmesan cheese, and the crab meat saving some for topping.
Fold over the omelet and let set.
Flip and continue to cook until done.
Place on a plate, add the crab meat you set aside on top, and top with green onions, old bay, salt, and pepper.
Then arrange the claws and legs and laugh as you demolish your omelet
