Route 24 Project Will Create Delays

TRAFFIC ALERT – Pavement & Rehabilitation Project in Sussex County Will Require Daytime Lane Closures

Millsboro — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that a pavement and rehabilitation project will begin on Friday, November 20 and is anticipated to be complete by the end of December. This project will consist of patching, milling, and warm mix overlay. Intermittent lane and shoulder closures will occur from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Flaggers will be on site to direct motorists.

The following locations will be impacted:
Route 24/Laurel Road from Careys Camp Road to Route 30/Millsboro Highway
