NOAA Delaware’s Weather and Outdoor Activity Survey

NOAA wants to give you two dollars to fill out this survey.

I’ve never received one of these in the mail, but I hear about them a lot. Usually in the form of people asking is this for real.
Ken Conner ….“Afternoon rich. Unsure if you have any knowledge of this but just got it in the mail and it asks about saltwater fishing a lot in the survey. Any idea if this is legit or some type of scam. It had two $1 bills in it to get you to complete it.”
That is a survey conducted by RTI International for NOAA it is legit.
How long did it actually take you to fill out? “So for just me it was only about 5 minutes. But to complete for me and my wife and 2 kids it was about 7 minutes overall. (Added an extra 2 minutes for their sections. )”
