ASMFC Emergency Striped Bass Action Creates Lower Size Limit Coastwide

This morning the ASMFC enacted an emergency striped bass limit at 31 inches coast wide. That creases a slot limit of 28 to 31 inches, coastwide. This is to be implemented as soon as possible by all states, and no later than July 2, 2023. This excludes the Chesapeake Trophy season. Knowing how we do things in Delaware, we will wait till the last minute. Slot season is in the late summer anyway.
