Monday and it should lift through our region during the afternoon
and evening hours.

MONDAY...
* WHAT...A wintry mix of precipitation is expected. Periods of
light freezing rain, sleet and snow are anticipated. A few
hundredths of an inch of ice will likely accumulate on untreated
roads and walkways. Also, there may be a few tenths of an inch
of sleet and snow.
* WHERE...Southeastern Pennsylvania, central and southwestern New
Jersey, northern Delaware and far northeastern Maryland.
* WHEN...Monday afternoon and Monday evening, including the
Monday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ice will likely create hazardous
conditions on area roads and walkways. Icy conditions are
expected to continue on Monday night and Tuesday morning as
temperatures remain below freezing at most locations.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
This Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain,
sleet and snow will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and walkways. Slow down and use extra caution when

light freezing rain, sleet, snow and rain are anticipated. A few
hundredths of an inch of ice will likely accumulate on
untreated roads and walkways. Also, there may be a very light
accumulation of sleet and snow in spots.
* WHERE...Parts of southeastern and southern New Jersey, central
and southern Delaware, and parts of eastern Maryland.
* WHEN...Late Monday afternoon and Monday evening, including the
Monday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ice will likely create hazardous
conditions on area roads and walkways. Any standing water will
refreeze on Monday night and early Tuesday morning as
temperatures remain or fall back below freezing.
