How to use the Advanced Hydrographic prediction Service

NOAA’s NWS has an amazing service or product; Advanced Hydrographic Prediction Service. This provides real time tides with predicted tides on a graph. The graphs update every five minutes. There are stations all over the waterways. These services are the data services (feeds) for the apps for tides we use on our phones.
It is easy to use. Much easier on a computer.
Just open the service link, then “spread” out the map for the area you want to see and hover over a station icon (green dot). The Advanced Hydrographic Prediction graph will pop up in a window. Or click on the station icon and it will open that graph page. Real time tides are in blue, the predicated tides are the red dotted lines.
