She's back!! Delaware City Refinery chemical release

Heads up North Delaware .... According to the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Control's emergency alert system, Delaware City Refinery was releasing thousands of pounds of a toxic chemical into the air.  The Wrangle Hill Facility was releasing 3,500 pounds of sulfur dioxide every hour due to a boiler problem according to DNREC.…
