Killin & Grillin
Greetings and salutations! For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Forrest- Forrest Moyer; homegrown Sussex Countian with 14 years in the restaurant business. I started back in 1998 as a dishwasher, worked my way to kitchen management, am currently in fish sales, and have had the pleasure of working under some of the best chefs our local service industry has to offer I’ve also grown up in a family that loves to hunt and fish. This makes me far from some sort of angler/hunter/chef “expert”, but I have proven to be a pretty resourceful fellow. I hope to offer you, the reader, tips, tricks, and recipes from some of the best chefs in our area. Through their advice, I will show you different ways to prepare what everyone is catchin’ and huntin’ around Sussex County. I look forward to sharing everything I get to learn in the coming articles!
