Fourth Annual Kids Catch-All Fishing Tournament At The Indian River Marina, June 22 – 24

Rehoboth Beach, DE – The staff at the Indian River Marina in Delaware Seashore State Park are excited to invite children ages 3 to 18 to participate in this fun event. During the tournament, kids have many choices for where and how they want to fish: from the beach or jetties, private boat or charter boat, in the ocean, inland waterways or try deep sea fishing.

Adults can help children reel in their catch.

Registration is $25 per child or $150 per boat with up to six participants and includes a free event t-shirt, free gift, and free all-you-can-eat dinner on Saturday and Sunday evenings for kids entered in the tournament. Other family members pay just $10 for the great dinners prepared by local restaurants each night.

On-site registration is Friday, June 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, June 23, from 6 to 8 a.m.  All children must be registered either on-line by Friday at 8 p.m. or in person by Saturday at 8 a.m. to be qualified. On-line registrants need to visit the tournament booth to pick up a copy of the tournament rules before fishing.

Custom trophies in 14 different categories will be awarded to the winners at the awards banquet held Sunday evening. Each registrant will also receive a special gift from Hook’em and Cook’em Outfitters. Door prizes are awarded each night during dinner.

Weigh-in is from 3 to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The marina has a weighmaster who makes the weigh-in fun for the whole family. A leader board is maintained, and pictures of the kids and their catches are taken by the Coastal Fisherman.
